In my offer letter it states that if you leave the firm voluntary or involuntary before 2 years of completing designation you will have to reimbursment employer 100% of cpa fees.

I’ve seen many people leave after 1-2 years of working, does the new employer just cover the cost of the fees? Does that usually get confirmed in the interview? What’s was your process for the fee?
