(I want to take this time to apologize to the community for my portfolio review, I personally thought posting it was okay because I had less than a thousand invested and there had been some investment advice posts with similar amounts. Lesson Learned)

Question One: Do you actively manage your portfolio by buying and selling frequently or is it better to hold?

Question Two: Is there a point during a drop that selling and putting into something else would be a better idea or would you just buy to lower average price paid?

Question Three: I am looking at buying VOO but can only afford one share. Is it a better idea to own one share of VOO or multiple shares of a similar fund? I would think buying multiple shares of a similar fund but unsure of why.
