Hi everyone. First time hiring people for BI but I’m having a hard time with candidates. Their experience is more related to power bi than tableau (we use tableau), the assesment assigned doesn’t convince me and they don’t have communication skills. What do you do to hire people? What are your principal key points to look for analysts? Any advierte is well received!
