Hi,

We had a new customer signup and immediately pay, about 12 hours later they said they’d like a refund and to do a 30-day free trial instead. We use Stripe for payments and they haven’t flagged the transaction as suspicious. When we reply to their payment address Google returns an error saying “This mail is unauthenticated”.

Any advice? At the moment I’m thinking of saying we’ll process the refund which could take 28 days (or whatever). Then wait for the money to hit our account before we do anything.
