I have a client with five separate accounts at PNC, but when we attempt to add a new account to bank feeds, only 2 of them show up. I’ve contacted QBO Support and they opened an investigation, but it could be weeks or months before they find a resolution. Has anyone else encountered this? Any fixes?
edit: I originally said 3 accounts show up but it’s actually that 2 accounts show up and 3 are missing.
